About ABCD Building
Built-up Area
The ABCD Building
The ABCD Building is the administrative and command hub of Dholera Smart City, located in the Knowledge and IT Zone with a 36,000 sq. m. built-up area. It brings together key development offices, a smart city command center, and a skill development center to support efficient governance and urban growth in Dholera SIR.
Designed for LEED Gold certification, the building reflects Dholera's focus on sustainable development, energy efficiency, and modern infrastructure. Its single-window clearance system makes approvals and administrative processes faster and easier for businesses, investors, and residents.
Built by Cube Construction & Engineering Ltd. for ₹72.31 crore, the ABCD Building stands as a key symbol of smart governance, future-ready development, and planned urban growth in Dholera.
The Regional Development Authority (RDA) building is planned as a LEED Gold-rated structure with space for the full staff required to manage the growth and administration of Dholera Smart City. This makes the ABCD site an important center for smart city operations, governance, and long-term urban development in Dholera SIR.
